Purchased the HP Pavilion Plus Laptop 14t-ew100, 14". The description on the website does not say that this is a non-touch laptop:

14" diagonal, WQXGA (2560 x 1600), 48-120 Hz, IPS, micro-edge, anti-glare, Low Blue Light, 300 nits
When I went to return it, despite agreeing that the website info was incomplete, I was charged the restocking fee. This even though I wanted to purchase another laptop from HP in return.
I guess HP does not value its long-term customers! What a shame. For $65 you lost a decades-long, faithful customer. I guess that's how much my loyalty is worth to you. $65. Good to know.
