Restoration incompete message

HP Recommended
Pavillion all in one 24 b252na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have restoration incomplete message on screen with 2 option save log details retry. When I press retry  command box shows the system cannot find the drive specified , I have tried the recovery usb I made  it does not work.

You said you tried a restoration -- was this an attempted factory reset?

 

Did you do that using F11 and running HP Recovery Manager? Or did you boot from Recovery Media?

 

We can proceed when you provide the information.
