Product: HP Pavilion All-in-One - 23-q106a (Touch)

Please help!

My PC got stuck on 'restart' mode for hours and hours.  I followed instructions to get to the blue HP screen.  I made a backup of all my important files (email, photos, documents etc).  I continued to restore the PC to factory settings.

I have been attempting for HOURS to restore my backup files and apps, particularly my email, to no avail, and I'm so frustrated!

My PC is now sometimes opening the old Microsoft Edge (instead of the new one) - not every time but just sometimes.

Please help 🙂
