Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

How do I retrieve a windows installation key code from windows7? I updated to windows 10 from 7. My old hp desktop finally died and I built a new desktop. Instead of buying a new license, I want up use my old license? How can I get that from HP so I can update it with Microsoft? Any help would be appreciated.

sorry, but you can't do this!
The computer had an OEM version linked to the computer, the license can not be used for another computer.
If you have a new computer, it must be more suitable for windows 10, you will find activation keys for not very expensive.
