Product: HP Pavilion All-in-One PC 27-ca1000i (4N5D8AV)

Hello HP Community,

I’m experiencing an issue with my computer while trying to play Roblox. Every time I launch the game, it opens as a white screen, and the only way I can play is by following these steps:

  1. Open Device Manager
  2. Go to Display Adapters
  3. Uninstall the Intel(R) UHD Graphics 730 driver
  4. Restart the computer

The game works fine after that, but as soon as the computer sleeps, or sometimes randomly, the issue returns, and I have to repeat these steps.

Could someone help me find a more permanent solution?
