As per subject. How do resolve the issue?

Is "Rtl" somehow related to the manufacturer/model-number of your Ethernet network adapter?

 

Within BIOS SETUP, is "s5" one of the "sleep states", similar to "s1", that your motherboard supports?

 

Within BIOS SETUP, is your motherboard configured to "wake" from sleep when there is Ethernet activity?

 

Is your computer announcing that it is entering "s5", until there is a "wake" packet into your network-adapter, or is it stating that it detected a "wake" packet during shutdown?
