Hi

My Laptop is telling me to run PC Diagnostics. When I run it, it says that my PC Diagnostics is out of date and I should go to www.hp.com/go/techcenter/PCDIags. Can I update to the new version from here and where do I find it?

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

Can you run Windows?

 

If yes, download and install HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows.

 

If not, you can use the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics 4-IN-1 USB KEY to diagnose hardware.

 

Use either download as circumstance dictate to check hardware.

 

The second option would require a second PC to create bootable USB media.
