After a disc crash, the HD was replaced and a new version of Windows 10 was installed but not the Media Center which originally came with the device. Where can I obtain the Media Center - specifically the digital TV tuner and the DVD player / recorder.

You upgraded your machine to Windows 10. Please try the Cyberlink suite:
This package provides the Cyberlink PowerDVD:

PowerDirector:

Media Center is not part of Windows anymore. I have to assume this PC had windows 7 and was upgraded to Windows 10.
The DVD software to play is fairly easy, VLC (free) can play DVD's.
The drivers for the AverMedia H334 Hybrid ATSC/QAM can be found
https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/downloads/ds103100
OR
https://drp.su/en/devices/tvtuner/avermedia/avermedia-h334-minicard-hybrid-dvb-t?os=windows-10-x64
but you will need to use third party software to control the tuner

Thanks. I loaded the Lenovo driver for the TV tuner. No luck. It seems to be missing the SetUp funtion and therefore also the channel search and setup. On the smaller panel it says "Device not ready". Coax is well attached. Any further ideas? Thanks

Just to clarify, if the driver did install - that is all it is. If the driver installed OK, the setup and channel search and all that comes from third party software. If you check in Device Manager and it is now showing in there, you can then install the third party software to get it to function.
Now you might ask what third party software? Take a look at this post

In order to get the TV tuner to function like it did with Media Center, look at NextPVR or Media Portal. This posting has a small description of both and the link to find the downloads, assuming it still is supported. I have used NextPVR before.

If those do not meet your expectations, then perhaps give up on that. BTW: there is no mention of the type TV reception you presently have. If it is cable and you live in the US, many companies have switched to all digital, which means the TV tuner will not function without a cable box.
