Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi, We upgraded our windows to windows 10 but a new windows update was giving us start up problems so we decided to re install Windows 7 from the disc as the period of time to revert back had passed.

Since this fresh install of win 7 we are not able to locate or install the SM bus controller drivers. We also don't know what this is to search for the driver.

 

Can anyone help with this of where we can download it. we are also in the process of installing the windows updates again so I am hoping this could be the reason why.

Please install Original Chipset drivers for Windows 7:

 

   Original Intel Chipset Driver

           http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/COL36524/pv-89921-1/sp51367.exe

  

   Original Intel Management Engine Interface Driver

          http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/COL36521/pv-89920-1/sp51368.exe

    

then reboot. After that run Windows updates
