I'm not even sure how I go about getting this fixed. My PC keeps telling me "your disk is at risk" and I can't find any more information about what's wrong or where to go. I contacted Intel since the error message was from Intel Optane Memory and Storage Management, but they said I had to contact HP because HP made the computer and it's a "SMART error." And the HP support site keeps giving me a virtual assistant that doesn't have any helpful info and a number I can't call unless I pay $100.
Any ideas on how to even just get more information about what's wrong so I can take this PC to the Geek Squad or something and explain what's going on?

Hi
This error usually means a disk failure is eminent.
You would need to back up data and replace the disk, reinstall, image, or use HP cloud recovery to recover the operating system to the new disk if the M.2 NVME SSD system disk is failing.
Geek squad or a local PC tech can do the necessary stuff for you.
Your PC has a NVME SSD system disk and a 1 TB SATA data disk.
I would guess the 1 TB SATA disk is failing since you this event on the 1 TB SATA HDD. To be safe, I would backup data on both disks.
