Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I tried to reinstall this and it stated the Publisher blocked it. I upgraded from windows7 to windows 10.  when i highlighted the publisher (which is HP) it would not remove. Anyone know why and how i can reinstall this? fThanks

Did you install a retail copy of Windows or OEM version of Windows? 

Have you ensured all the drivers are updated either using Windows update or using HP Support Assistant.

Could you please share the screen shot of the error message so that I can provide you with accurate steps which should help you resolve this issue.
