SSD Hard Drive an HP Support.

HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

disk drive failed, unreadable after 9 months

3 year warranty .

purchased locally at bestbuy.

so, ok, part and serial numbers draw an error on the warranty check page.

trying to contact hp via support, nope. phone number gets "line disconnected"

emails bouncing back.

will I be interested in purchasing HP again ?  

at least in this case.  no.
