Have 2 drives C: 512 SSD and 😧 2TB HDD
Keep getting message that C: drive is full however everything has been set by HP support to save to the 😧 drive and there have been no other programmes installed.
HP Support have performed remote access on multiple occasions and it keeps happening.
They have tried to reset factory defaults which goes through the motions until a message appears saying a problem occurred and no files were changed.
Advice please? Please don't tell me that files don't save to 😧 automatically as that boat has gone and HP Support have had numerous chances to put this right.
Thanks in anticipation

I can certainly understand your frustration -- as repeated attempts have been made to correct this and none appear to work.
But this is just self-help Community staffed mostly by volunteers and we have no way of accessing or repairing your PC from here. We can do no more for you than HP Support has already done.
While this PC is still under warranty, you should contact HP Customer Support to explore what options you have to get it replaced under the warranty.
