(meaning the blue 'window panes' in very bottom left on screen)
After 2-3 reboots following stormy weather, two issues have arisen (1 minor/1 annoying!).
Minor: seem to have lost "Do You Like It?" option regarding beautiful screen pictures; now have
to click on "Internet" icon bottom right of screen....not positive even had that icon before?
MAJOR: the "Start" button does NOTHING!! So I am unable to access "Settings"; and since I'm left-
handed, I can not access "Devices"/"mouse"/and change the direction!! Have already tried
several YouTube & HP tutorials with (obviously) no effect. Have spent quite a bit of time in
Task Manager (and PowerShell) recently. NO, there's no "Start" listed. Please help!! Irritated!!

hi
you say you have already tried several things
therefore the risk and that we repeat what has already been done!
I'm going to offer you a solution, which solves a lot of problems, it's quite simple, it's up to you!
rather than trying several solutions, to start
So just create a new user profile
this can fix several issues you are talking about..
If that doesn't change anything then maybe it will be necessary to give more precision!
