Has the computer been working properly, before this incident?

Does anybody else have physical access to the computer, and used that access to set/change the password?

 

According the Rules of this forum, no contributor is allowed to help you to bypass the password.

 

Instead, contact HP Support, and see if they can help, given that alphanumeric code that shows in the bottom-line of the image.
