Saved FAVORITES from old pc to an Ebook.  Restored them from the Ebook to the FAVORITES folder on the new pc.  Cannot get them to enable on the new pc.  Can anyone assist?

Go back to the Favorites directory and right-click it and click Properties.

Navigate to the Location tab and click on Restore Default and click OK.

What browser were you using on the old PC -- Internet Explorer (IE)? Asking because MS does not support IE anymore on Windows 10; they want you to use Edge (the new version) instead.  So, your importing of favorites to IE in Win10 is not reliable.

If you use the export function in the old IE to create a file, you should be able to use the import function in the new Edge to import those.
