Microsoft has a feedback hub. They are more likely to fix problems if they know about them.
Some don't leave a tip if food is bad.
Others never come back to eat again.
Some actually speak to management about the problem.
Other times no one cares to fix the problem and that is when Ubuntu and Mint become useful.
