Ho provato a ripristinare completamente il computer con le impostazioni della fabbrica come quando è nuovo. Io non l'ho mai toccato ho lasciato fare ma dopo il riavvio automatico stava caricando e arrivato al 65% appare 😞 con la schermata blu e questo codice: BrHostDrv.sys

Non ho la possibilità di cliccare nulla il cursore non è presente quindi rimane fissa cosi, ho provato a spegnere e riaccendere ma poi si riavvia moltissime volte per poi bloccarsi sulla stessa schermata. Cosa devo fare?
