Screen black out randomly...help!

HP Recommended
Pavilion 690-0034 gaming desktop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So, a few weeks ago I randomly got a black screen. Rebooted and still had a black screen, eventually it went into recovery and fixed itself. Ran fine until a few days ago and now I can’t get the screen to turn on. I tried a new monitor and hdmi. After researching, maybe bios update issue? I was supper it was driver issue on amd. This desktop doesn’t have an integrated graphics card so I seem to be stuck. I tried to hit eac on boot up to enter bios with no luck.

Any ideas, thanks

@Oldskool29 Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that the screen blackout randomly.

Please attempt the below steps:

Attempt a BIOS recovery

If the above steps work and the display turns on/if not, use an alternate monitor and then: Perform a hardware test to be on a safer side.

If the steps didn't work, use the below links for further assistance:

Computer Starts but Monitor/Screen Remains Blank: Click here
