My power is off during doing Security Erase and after it turned back
i found My HDD is locked and need password 
Please Help Me ...!

I am not sure what a "security erase" means.

 

It sounds like you may have a BitLocker recovery key problem.

 

You might be able to get this key from Microsoft if you associated this PC with a Microsoft account. And you must have previously backed up this recovery key to your Microsoft account.

 

You may have to do a HP Cloud Recovery or reinstall Windows and will lose data if you don't have the BitLocker recovery key.

 

Only you and, maybe, Microsoft would know the BitLocker recovery key.
