Search for updated BIOS for CQ3160D

Hi, I have a Compaq Presarion CQ3160D Desktop (since 2009/2010).  Product number: NY680AA-AB4.

Motherboard is H-IG41-uATX, BIOS Revision: v5.04 (dated 09/09/09).

I have been searching for an updated version of the BIOS but couldn't find it anywhere. I manage to find an updated version (6.04) - sp46433 - for the same motherboard (H-IG41-uATX), but it is for another PC model. I even tried to install it but it says "Incorrect BIOS for your system (253). Please download patch again. If error continues, contact support."

Is there any site where I can get the BIOS update? I have tried the HP Software & Driver Downloads, no BIOS updates there.

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

Your PC might have come with Windows Vista or Windows 7 correct? 

Have you made any changes to your OS or upgraded to Windows 10?

If yes, I am afraid you may not find the Latest Bios for this unit. 

Click here and try selecting the Current OS, or original OS and see if you find Bios.
