My HP OMEN 30L GT13-1284 (328S8AA#ABA), motherboard 8876 version 11, is running BIOS F.24. TPM 2.0 works, but Secure Boot remains disabled because the Platform Key is not enrolled. Loading HP factory default keys schedules the action, and I successfully enter the four-digit confirmation code, but after restarting the Platform Key still says Not Enrolled. Restoring BIOS defaults did not resolve the issue. Is there a supported firmware fix or Secure Boot key recovery procedure?

There is no official procedure to fix the issue at this time.
HP is working on a BIOS update to fix the issue but it's anyone's guess when that BIOS update will be released.
Someone just posted this a little after you posted your issue where he indicated he was able to fix the problem.
