I have an OMEN 30L GT13-1194, system board ID 8876, BIOS F.24. Secure Boot is required by Call of Duty. Windows is UEFI/GPT and TPM 2.0 is working. The BIOS shows Platform Key (PK) as Not Enrolled and Pending Action as None. Loading HP Factory Default Keys does not enroll the PK. Please escalate this as a Secure Boot Platform Key provisioning/firmware issue on the 8876 motherboard.

PS: pls help me get this fixed by friday when the call of duty open beta starts.

Greetings,

Your PC would be temporarily in a tough situation which only HP can fix by releasing a subsequent BIOS update that supersedes BIOS version F.24.

HP had subsequently released BIOS update version F.24 to correct F.23 BIOS problems. It appears BIOS version F.24 does not solve the BIOS version F.23 platform key enrollment problem.

Carefully review all responses in this Forum Thread for an in-depth analysis.

Your best option is to wait for a future BIOS update. You can periodically: check this HP Site or check HP Support Assistant for a future BIOS update.

That's so unfortunate that I have to wait as well as many others that have the same issue as me to play specific games. I hope HP is on there A game and release something relatively soon.
