Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm trying to prepare for a situation where my desktop won't boot into W10. I have a usb recovery drive but couldn't get it to boot my computer until I disabled Secure boot. I have 2 questions: 1) Is there a danger in disabling Secure boot? I'm mainly concerned if it allows someone getting into my computer from wifi or the internet.; and 2) If I leave Secure boot on, and my computer won't boot, will I be able to get into the BIOS set-up window to disable Secure boot and then use the usb recovery drive?

Hi:

You can disable secure boot, but in order to enable it again, you must boot your USB flash drive from the EFI USB boot source, not the legacy USB boot source.

If you install Windows in legacy mode, Secure boot is not supported.
