Product: HP All-in-One - 22-df0120m

I am highly upset with no response via email. I sent my computer for just a screen repair and they didnt fix in under warranty and sent it back not like i sent it to them. it was dissembled WHat do I do. Tried contacting them and cant get an understanding when all i want is my screen fixed
