Product: ELITE HP M9340 Desktop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Power on - lights and fans start - then shut off- and on- repeatedly - if I switch the voltage switch from 115 to 230 and back to 115 system will boot and operate normally. Shutting power off and then on again will repeat problem requiring switching voltage switch to obtain proper start up.

Hi,

 

Can't say for sure the power supply is the cause but it would be a good idea to try a different power supply.
