This indicates the default boot loader location is invalid -- usually means this is pointing to the wrong partition.  Folks sometimes mess with this to change it to point to the Windows partition, when to work, it needs to point to the ESP partition.

 

You need to select the option to go into settings, and once in your UEFI settings, change it to boot from the ESP partition.
