I have a HP Notebook- 14-bs039na and after an update last night on my laptop I tried to use it this morning and when I pressed the sign in button it said “password incorrect, try again”. I don’t have a password on the laptop and it doesn’t even provide a space for me to insert a password , I have recently moved from Ireland to the UK, could it be some security lock or is there another issue ?
