Since i Have purchased this laptop, its running very slow, i think its the issue with this particular model because i have done the replacement also but then also it is very slow. The system ram takes away the entire ram when i check GPU, Boot is very slow, software doesnt open, cant use anything, its lagging

You have a 3550H CPU, four cores/eight threads running at a base clock of 2.1 GHz, 8 GBs of 2400 RAM, and a very slow 5400 rpm platter HDD.
It's going to run slow.
You might be able to add more RAM and replace the platter HDD with a SATA SSD. Or add a M.2 SSD. It is possible to upgrade to a Ryzen 7 3750H.
I can't say if the upgrades would be cost effective.
