When I try to put elite 9552p to sleep, it automacticlly come back on, how can I get it to sleep when not in use

problem fixed, program was running in background wanting me to install it, i deleted the program and request throught task manger problem resolved

Running "Advanced System 10" scan and fiix deleted Sleep option from "power off" setting.  I have everything but the sleep option when shutting computer down. How can I get it back?
