Can you run diagnostics? Please read part 2 of below info
Your disk drive needs to be working before attempting to repair system.
Usually turning the system off and back on three times in a row will trigger the windows startup repair. If that does not happen you need to download and run the windows 10 repair. Once you create the USB you boot it up and select the repair option.
If the automatic repair does not work then try the system restore.
If there is no restore possibility you can do an install with the option to preserve documents and other personal files. if you do need top do an install of windows please use the cloud restore. I believe you product id is 9EE37AA#aba and if so the factor restore is here
