Smart Festplattenfehler

Hallo

Ich habe eine Frage weiß jemand wie ich dieses Problem lösen kann, ich habe seit Tagen das Problem wenn ich meinen PC einschalte kommt kurz das Logo von HP dann kommt gleich die Fehlermeldung Smart FesplattenFehler und zeigt mir an das ich eine Diagnose machen soll?

Hab ich auch gemacht alle Test Bestanden außer die Festplatte, und der PC ist auch sehr langsam keine ahnung warum?

Würde mich freuen wenn jemand eine Lösung hat!

Hi:

It appears to me from what you posted that the hard drive is in imminent danger of completely failing.

I recommend you back up any files you need to save onto a portable hard drive, and replace the failing hard drive soon.

After you replace the hard drive, you can use the HP cloud recovery tool to make a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.

Woher bekomme ich eine ersetzbare Fesplatte, oder kann ich auch eine andere einbauen?

Es gibt verschiedene Fesplatten arten!

Any 3.5" hard drive from any manufacturer should work including the one I recommended.

Habe mir gestern die Festplatte bestellt, heute ist sie angekommen und jetzt kommt die Fehlermeldung Boot Gerät nicht gefunden?

Ich soll ein Betriebssystem installieren hab alles probiert aber es will nicht sogar bios einstellung geschaut das die festplatte als 1 steht?

Was mache ich falsch??

Hi:

Did you make the bootable USB recovery drive with the cloud recovery tool?

If so, you need to have the USB flash drive in a USB port.

Turn on or restart the PC.

Immediately press/tap the ESC key to get the menu of options.

Select the F9 boot options menu, and from that, select the USB recovery drive from the list of bootable devices, and press the Enter key.

The PC should boot from the recovery drive, and windows should begin to install.

Und was ist wenn ich einen den 4 Gb Usb Stick nehme und windows 10 von der Webseite Microsoft runterlade und es für den Usb Stick boote geht das auch eigentlich?

If you want to use the Media creation tool to clean install W10, you will need an 8 GB USB flash drive.

The file is too large for a 4 GB flash drive.
