Product: HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-b017c (Touch)

When I turn on computer a messsge come up Smart Hard Disc Error 

The smart hard disc check has detected an imminent failure. To ensure no data loss. Please backup the content immediately and run thr Harf Disk test in system diagnostics. Hard disk 2 302

I do this but nothing after this. I have looked at help but my computer does not give me the screens to do what they want to do next. Help please I can't afford a new computer.

Hi:

 

You will need to install a new hard drive and reinstall the operating system.

 

Below is the link to the service guide where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.

 

Upgrading and Servicing Guide (EMEA with shipping label) (hp.com)

 

After you replace the drive, you can reinstall W10 for free by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the Media Creation tool from the link below.   You will need to use another PC to create the installation media with.

 

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
