Buenas tardes, en la computadora de escritorio apareció la pantalla azul con códigos y el último que salió fue el código: CRITICAL_ PROCESS_ DIED, no podemos iniciar ni reiniciar, no podemos restaurar a un punto de restauración anterior, ni restablecer conservando archivos ni quitando todo.
