What's the Most Recommended SSD for my HP Pavilion 570?

I believe the specs of your machine is very close to that one. The above machine has 2TB of normal HDD and it has

     One M.2 socket 3, key M (bottom right of the motherboard) which supports M.2 NVMe SSD

You can use one of many M.2 NVMe SSD's around, good candidate:

Hope your machine has very close specs of my example otherwise please post back its actual model/product

I don't know if you saw my earlier reply back to you.  Mine is 570-p014.   1TB hard drive.  I'm thinking of the 500GB PVMe, what do you think?  Also besides speed what is the difference between that and the SATA version?

You can use 500GB, 1TB or 2TB. That is up to you, you know how big you need in one or 2 years time. I keep my data/files on my 8GB NAS that why my machines only have 256GB or 500GB for storage (each)
