Hi everyone, in January I upgraded my pc to windows 11 and after about 2 weeks some keys on the keyboard stopped working. More precisely, the keys that do not work are: a, s, d, f, j, k, l, ò, enter, and the key that scrolls the page down. All the others work as they should. (I don't know if for case you noticed, the keys that don't work are in the same row of the keyboard, a, s, d, etc ... except g, h, à work fine).
I leave you the info of my pc:
Product name: HP Laptop 14s-fq0xxx
Product Number: 23C14EA # ABZ
Serial number: [Personal Information Removed]
Keyboard version: 28.19
I add that I did not throw water on the keyboard, I did not take it outdoors and I did not drop it.
I tried to go to Device Manager, then to Keyboards (PS / 2 standard keyboard) and then to update the driver (but it tells me that the optimal driver is already installed), then I also tried to uninstall it but it doesn't work anyway. On the device status it tells me "The device is working properly."
It's been like this for quite some time now, could someone help me please.
PS: I add that the on-screen keyboard works

Borrow a USB keyboard. If it works then consider replacing or repairing the keyboard. While using the borrowed keyboard you might consider enabling remote desktop incase things get worse.
Is this a mechanical keyboard? If so, the keys can be popped off and inspected.

Hold down one of the bad keys : "a"
Use left hand and thumb and with right hand twist the keyboard and see if the key starts working.
If it starts working then disassemble the keyboard. Screws are usually hidden under the back pads
Look for bad solder joint. If you can spot the bad solder joint you can fix it with a small soldering iron or use a nickel or silver ink pen like used to repair card defroster wiring.
Hope this helps!
