Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recent upgrades to Win 10 -21H2 created my not being able to access HTTPS sites ..unknown to me at the time it was the internet providers problem but I asked help from MS community and one of the suggestions was tus use the Median Creation tool which of coarse resulted in re-installing windows ..the a MS team member remotely inspected my computer and that's how we found out ir was service provider ..unfortunately I now have a "RED X" beside speaker on task bar. When I checked on devise manager there is no audio output devises shown, also checked settings and there is no output devises and I've run troubleshoot a ton of times to no avail ..any suggestions or do you think I should look for another sound card ??

Hi:

See if installing this W10 IDT audio driver from a newer model desktop PC gets the sound to work again.

6.10.6504.0

Restart the PC after installing the driver.
