when i turn on the computer it does the loading then it freezes and starts the loading again how i can fix this problem

@JustineR , welcome to the Community.

 

The first thing that you should do is check to assure the power adapter is fully plugged in.  If it is loose it can cause these symptoms.  If this is not the problem it could be the power adapter itself that is failing.  The other causes would involve opening the case to check the internal components.  If you are not comfortable with this I suggest that you take it to a reputable computer shop.  A good place to start is BestBuy and their Geek Squad.

 

Here is a guide that will help you test the hardware before taking it to a shop.
