Please help me to solve this issue.

 

Recovery option displayed every time i boot even after it recoved successfully it come to recovery screen again..

out of warranty? max age is 5 years old is yours?

all in one PC the fake desk tops (my name)

all PCs do this near 5 years old (batteries fail is #1 cause) RTC coin cell

intel Gen 6,  h110 chip set. (the first good one ever IMO from intelor up)

power is good , yes

screen not dead, good.

OS dead yes.

run HP diagnostics firs.

1TB boot HDD it has can can fail we test them first. fully , even a 1min SMART test,  easy. ask.

if W10 fails 3 times it goes into self repair did that fail too;?

 

The HP manual should cover RECOVERY if HDD NOT BAD,  bad HDD can not be recovered only replaced,  but tested FIRST.

NO warranty answers by me.
