My pavillion all in one was doing a windows update, it was restarting and just kept going, dots were continuing to spin.
I made the mistake of turning the pc off, now I have a blue screen with multiple options, none of which work.
Turning it on, the first screen... Stop Code, Bad System Configuration.
Next.... Preparing Automatic Repair.
Next... Diagnosing Pc
Next... Automatic could not Repair.
It then gives a lot of advanced options.
Help!

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
This sounds like OS related issue as recovery process was incomplete or interrupted. I would suggest try performing system factory reset once again that will put the computer back to the original factory settings in this way all corrupted and outdated software will be removed.
The HP Cloud Recovery Tool allows you to download recovery software to a USB drive. You can use the downloaded recovery image file in order to install the Windows operating system.
