HP Stream - 14-cb010ds
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to clear my hard drive and also clearing my storage but it keeps saying that the space is full even though I have deleted everything and it gets annoying. I need help to see if I can upgrade my storage or I just need to reset but I cannot because it says I have to delete stuff in order to reset my laptop which doesn't make any sense. I need help with this because I am having trouble for the past days on this.

Its specs

It ONLY has 32GB of eMMC storage which does not have room for you to do anything and you can't upgrade to larger capacity. Please use the following Guide

You asked about two things -- neither of which you got answers for.

First, you lamented the lack of space and asked about upgrades.  You can not upgrade the 32GB SSD -- as it is soldered to the mainboard in the laptop.  But, you can read the information below about things to do to recover some of the disk space:

http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/3012-disk-cleanup-open-use-windows-10-a.html
http://winaero.com/blog/how-to-clean-up-winsxs-folder-in-windows-10/

Also, the community Win10 Forums has the following suggestions:
https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/83441-free-up-drive-space-windows-10-a.html

Finally, there is a freeware app known as Wise Disk Cleaner. I use it every day to get rid of junk files: https://www.wisecleaner.com/wise-disk-cleaner.html

Second, you asked about resetting. These models do not have nearly enough disk space to do a reset no matter how much you remove.  You would have to remove Windows to free up enough space -- and you clearly can't do that.

Why do you want to do a reset anyway -- it is NOT the Miracle Cure everyone seems to think it is, it fails more often than not, and when it fails, it trashes the laptop in the process.
