I installed Ubuntu on my computer and overwrote my Windows installation. I would now like to go back to Windows. When I attempt to reinstall Windows, it says that I need drivers. Looking at https://support.hp.com/lv-en/document/ish_4859717-4859823-16, it appears I might need the Intel Rapid Storage Technology (IRST) drivers. When I follow the link in the guide and enter my serial number or product model #, the resulting form does not give me the ability to select these drivers.
Could someone please upload the required drivers to this thread for Windows 11? Thank you!

As far as I'm aware, your PC has an AMD processor and chipset, and there are no AMD storage controller drivers that are needed for Windows to find the drive, and none are available for download that I have even been able to find to help anyone in your situation. And I have tried multiple times with no success.
I suggest that you use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility. You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.

You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.

Since you have to use the software on another PC to create the recovery media, you will need to enter your PC's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media.
The problem is the product number you posted is for the general model series of which many individual PC model numbers/product numbers belong to as you can see from this long list at the link below.
Enter your PC's serial number in the search window at the link below and it should provide the specific product number of your PC:
After you get the product number, you must also include the #ABA that follows the product number.
