Okay guys I am so confused and lost, I dont know what to do. I want to clear my storage so i can factory reset this computer. When I deleted multiple things, basically everything, my storage is still completely full. I dont know why it is still full even after deleting everything.

The act of deleting files on a Windows PC does not actually remove the files, they just go out of view. They are actually placed in the Recycle bin. In order to rid the system of those files and thus actually free-up the space then the Recycle bin needs to be emptied.
Here is a guide

I'm not an HP employee.
