Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

 please help I am stuck here and the keyboard doesn't respond to any key except ctrl alt del which just restarts the computer and sends me back here.

I have already changed the battery and the little button on the motherboard doesn't do anything.

Any and all suggestions will be appreciated

Sometimes it is difficult to get to the bios setup especially if the computer is fast.
To get into the BIOS use F10 or the ESC key. F10 should work unless you have accidently locked out the functions keys.

If you cannot get F10 or ESC to work then use an external keyboard.
