Stuck at reocovery screen with error code 0xc000000f

I am stuck at the recovery blue screen with error code 0xc000000f and the file being \windows\system32\drivers\vdrvroot.sys i was having problems with error code associated with file c /windows/system32/logfiles/srt/srttrail.txt but that seem to be fixed now, but i not sure if it might appear again once i fix error 0xc000000f, this happened because i accidentally deleted csrss.exe because i ignorantly saw some guy in a forum say something along the lines of "if its associated with csrss.exe then you have a problem" and i didn't double check what csrss.exe is, before  i suspended it through task manager, just wanted to add more detail to see if suspending csrss on accident would do even more harm than my current blue screen issue.
