Upgraded to windows 11 and the very 1st update from Microsoft it restarted in a Boot Loop and it won’t allow me into boot device options on a HP all in one. Every time I attempt after getting into the startup menu I hit F9 for boot device options to get it to boot from usb so that the windows 11 can be reinstalled. But it isn’t allowing me to my options and just restarting with the boot loop! How can I get it to take my request and change the boot order
