I have a HP Pavilion ALL IN ONE.  I reset PC  and now PC won't restart.  HP logo comes the universal dots keeps rolling.  Then goes blank then starts the same again.  Can't get the F8 to work.  Menu flashes then goes away.  Any Help would be greatly appreciated.
