I unplugged my PC without properly turning it off. The next day I turn it on and I get a blue screen, after the blue screen there was a automatic repairing process for an hour. After it finished I was on the "Choose an option screen". This is where the PC wouldn't do anything. I researched for hours and tried everything I could find but it didn't work. My PC is stuck on the "Choose an option screen" still.

PLS HELP!!!

Generally when the problem is discovered to be PEBKAC no one wants to admit it
