Product: HP All-in-One - 20-c416il
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I clicked on the restart and update option and got stuck after the download and verification of bios as when it restarted it got stuck, as it is showing me processor type, memory size, bios revision date ,etc. There is a press ESC key for startup menu written at the bottom of screen but on my pressing ESC key there is no effect of it.. what should I do to recover my pc ..please help

I see that your computer is stuck on restart and update option.
