Product: HP DeskJet 2725 All-in-One Printer

My Hp assistant keeps telling me my user name and password are incorrect, and I am signed in here to HP with same credentials and assistant keeps freezing, help please. HP web site not user friendly, cant even talk to a support person unless you pay, how can I get my assistant working again? I have already unloaded and re loaded three times tonight and still not working, my printer has nothing to do with this problem just trying to get help.
